No problems experienced - apart from some confusion as to the billing - but that was swiftly cleared up.
Everything was explained to me fully and the mechanic was extremely helpful and kept in touch with me which was very reassuring.

The service department did not have the parts needed for my car despite my calling them prior to my appointment and informing them of the MOT recommendations. They then told me I had to return in 14 days to have the work carried out. Which I can't do
Despite being back 3 times to get this issue fixed I received no apology for not finding the issue sooner. This would have gone a long way to improve the customer experience
Poor customer service and after sales
The new BMW ACE 2.0 dash cams were not explained,Genius didn't understand them at all. The car was off road for a week ( not only the dash cams of course and was agreed) but it was handed back unwashed and new front dash cam left on drivers seat
All jobs carried out ontime
It was a simple job of replacing an earth strap on the rear hatch back but took over an hour and a half, it should have been fifteen minutes. A car that arrived for an MOT at the same time was completed well before mine. Very poor.

Long history of issues. See separate letter to Chandlers and BMW UK. Third time in for same fault. Asked service manager to show me fault had been fixed before driving off this time. And it hadn't. Do you even check car has been fixed!
Tyres needed reinflating only days after service. Could not have been checked at service
Unable to fit after market OEM part due to a lack of knowledge around this part and some confusion over parts. Parts manager very helpful at finding a resolution and I can not fault Sean Butterstone on this.
Did the job in a very satisfactory way
There is an on going issue with balancing my wheels and they are so much better but still need tweaking. This is after four new tyres and a new wheel. Phil your tyre man is brilliant though and very helpful throughout this problem.
Service & MoT carried out and a video provided showing tyre wear etc.

The salesman did not give the hard sell and made the whole process very simple. At no time did I feel under pressure and I felt in control at every point.
