Tyres needed reinflating only days after service. Could not have been checked at service

Unable to fit after market OEM part due to a lack of knowledge around this part and some confusion over parts. Parts manager very helpful at finding a resolution and I can not fault Sean Butterstone on this.
There is an on going issue with balancing my wheels and they are so much better but still need tweaking. This is after four new tyres and a new wheel. Phil your tyre man is brilliant though and very helpful throughout this problem.

I received the service I expected and some
I'd booked my car for first MOT & check. I delivered my car at 8am as requested and was told it would take 90 mins. Then told two new tyres needed, which I agreed and with a new time of 11am. Car not back until 1pm as wrong tyres ordered, again!
Excellent service quality. However, I was disappointed that my concerns about rusty hubs could not be dealt with under warranty. I was told this was a common fault and 'normal'. I find this disappointing on a one year-old car that cost £25k.

Flexible with timings for drop off and collection. Easy process re getting courtesy car. Kept me in touch during the day and the video of the work is excellent.

All good although a slight problem with the timing of arrival (I was told 11.00 and when I arrived your team reckoned I was too early). Credit to the staff- I only had to wait 30/35 minutes longer than I'd planned for.

Once the agreement reached not to be charged the ease of book in and pick up and return was done, also had courtesy clean and semi valet , although quality of it not great, as noticed by person who returned car, good to have service video as well

Organised collection and delivery service which was good and can not fault the drivers. However I had no contact from the service department all day, nothing to say car was received and no idea of works carried out or when my car would be returned.
Prices given for replacing front brake pads and discs were not initially supplied accurately. The total cost communicated to me, increased 3 times during the time the car was at the dealer. The dealer follow-up to my complaint was very positive.

On the past couple of occasions that I've been into the servicing and parts section, some of the employees seem a little blunt or not really interested. On one occasion I had to ask if someone was working there due to the lack of service.
Everything fine, and they did extra work not booked in which was nice. However their product genius is a little prickly, and I got minimum advice on a problem I had, because I didn't buy the car there.
I am very satisfied with the dashboard repair under warranty and the speed of return of my car. Having had an oil service at the same time it's not clear to me why the next service is only 12 months away. The rattle in the drivers door remains.
They always take the time to ensure that you are kept up to date with progress.
They took a while to get me an appointment 4 weeks from when I wanted it, but after that it all went well. Spotted additional issues and resolved promptly. Thanks
BMW (Chandlers Worthing) still have to solve a few of their communication problems with internal departments.
Unfortunately the computer system was down on the day of the service and I had to take the car back the following day for the car software to be updated to record the service.
Very good the only problem I have is that I could not understand the video report sent to my phone because the engineer was heavily accented

As any new part fitted they said there is a warranty on the part which is on the car so if the car has 3mo the warrenty then that part has 3 months not a min of 12 mo this
good customer service but did take a long time to get an appointment 3 weeks + but was over xmas but still along time when my brakes needed doing + cost was quite high
After booking oil change service online was told by garage that I also had to pay for a manatory microfilter replacement. Tyre pressures were not corrected even though warning light had come on the night before.
