Five for service, 0 for the dealer principle. Train strike meant I couldn't collect. I called, spoke to Mini by mistake and Lauren in service immediately collected me. Fantastic service. I emailed the DP to let him know but got zero response.

No reason to complain about anything in relation to the experience at all.
The recall reason was checked out as arranged.

Professional approach with 5 star treatment
I actually made a mistake and forgot which day I had booked my car in, once I realised I went to the garage to apologise for not dropping my car off when I had arranged to and it was no problem at all for me to get the service done on the next day.
We were looked after very well by the staff while a new tyre was being fitted to our car.
All jobs completed satisfactorily. Efforts made to trace intermittent fault sadly failed.
Job done as required. Only issue was the half hearted clean after. I realise it is complimentary, and previous ones have been good. Even my wife mentioned it was substandard inside rhe car

I was impressed right through until I picked my car up. I found the new building was not user friendly - more signage may be required although I know this isn't terribly attractive. Then my car hadn't been washed.
Brought in to find a noticed fault which was not found, plus having got car back for first time ever found Satnav frozen and unable to re boot it.
My car was collected on time as arranged and returned, service completed, again at the arranged time.It had been washed and cleaned inside and I was very satisfied with the Service overall.

Initially I booked over the phone but when I arrived on said day iI was informed that the service interval had not been reached so basically I wasted a day and had to rebook and re-visit little more training with the call handler could have avoided

Excellent customer service when I arrived at reception, went down hill after that.
Friendly efficient and pleasant service, but only what I would expect when taking into consideration costs.
Went in on a Saturday morning at 8.30 with no appointment. By 3pm I was back on the road with a new rear air spring!!! Surpassed my expectations as wasn't sure they would be able to fit me in, let alone fix it the same day

No rush to get me sorted out when I arrived, but a very nice coffee shop. Was ready when I cam back, but no explanation of what was done was offered despite it being a failure light coming and going e.g. Not a regular service
The Service Desk were expecting me and the job was completed within the time quoted, especially important as it was a waiting job.
Great attention to detail when asked what was happening
My car had its first service on July 6th. One of the things I mentioned before the service was that the sat nav in my X3 does not accept UK addresses from my iPhone. The X3 I had before this did accept them so I asked that this could be sorted! more!
Tyres were noted to be worn on outer edges with advisory to check pressures but technician did not check them. Would have helped if he had. Reported to service reception and pressures were checked when at the dealership a few days later.

Completely stress free
The service experience was good the price is reasonable but my wife had the same interim service check and reprogramming just 3 days before and it was cheaper, and the free wash wasn't as good as you'd expect from a luxury car dealership
I was completely satisfied with the MOT that was carried out, the car even had a wash!Loved having complimentary coffee as I waited.

The inconvenience to me when the car was taken away was nil- perfect!
The new Facility at Rustington is 5 star luxury.
I reported a fault with the air conditioning system it functioning intermittently. Chandlers could find no fault and when I enquirer if the fault recurs whether it would be covered under the warranty which is due to expire immenently they said no.
Efficiency and speed of repair
The technician is not keeping me informed of the claim on the warranty for the leak on the differential. I called him once 10 days after the service and since then he has not got back to me. The car was services on the 13/06/2017.
Work and valeting were very acceptable and computer analysis of one's car and video very helpful.

While waiting for my air-conditioning to be mended I was installed in a comfortable chair with newspapers and magazines to read and given cups of coffee. Offers of more coffee were frequently received from members of different departments who passed.

Speedy inspection and MOT for my wife's car, booking process was pleasant and straightforward, and long time Specialist Graham provided the usual easy expertise.

Ok except recall procedure involved disconnecting battery; when reconnected, the tyre sensor was not reset - so 2 miles down the road, I had a tyre warning, leading to unnecessary stop at garage to check tyres and reset sensor.
Carried out the service and polish on bonnet to remove mark with no issues really impressed

I had to wait over an hour past my agreed time before I was seen to collect my new car. This was because the person before was late getting there but it was still frustrating and we had places to be with prior commitments.
