I am losing confidence that your workshop has the expertise to fix a complex BMW car (Which they all are now) without having to contact Germany for help.Even the fault mine had it should have been diagnosed faster. All cars have catalytic converters

The service from the entire team at Chandlers is second to none. They are the only company I trust with my car.

I was told by the parts department that it would take one and a half hours to install the the portable sat nav, 2 hours later I was told that it should be ready in another 2 hours. I then had to return the next day to have the maps installed.

Part of the service there was a control upgrade as a result of which I appear to have lost all my profile settings. Resulting in having to reset my seat, mirrors and many other settings. This was very disappointing.

Very efficient personnel on reception who dealt with the book-in matters quickly for service and wheel refurbishment. The new premises are very impressive.

It would have been completely satisfied if car wash and hoovering after the service were more careful and with attention to details - unfortunately I found quite obvious spots in my car that were missed during the cleaning.
They sorted out the problem on the car and it was presented in a nice clean condition upon its return to me.

Work I asked to be completed was done in a timely manner. My only gripe is there was a problem and the service was done first. If I had chosen not to have the work done then what would of the point been of the service.

The staff were excellent. A gentleman came out on a test drive. They dealt with it efficiently and I was pleased. But I was shocked that I had this problem and had to spend £500 having the whole dashboard removed to correct loose fittings

We had to wait a considerable time for the prepares to be completed due to complications, however, we were constantly updated, and well looked after by the receptionist.
The service booklet was not in the documents when i bought the car and was subsequently charged £14 to replace it which was slightly annoying

Wanted the deal done, my money taken and the car signed off. Trying to get subsequent work done to fix issues was/is a nightmare. Wasted my time on numerous occasions, passing me to the wrong departments, not tieing up emails. Very poor service.

Had an urgent need to complete an outstanding MOT test and was fitted in on the same day I made the enquiry plus the MOT was carried out while I waited.No hardship as the well appointed waiting area complete with free coffee and tea is superb.
as per Q1. I was treated fairly and the isdues I reported have been fixed.
Booked in for a Service Check & Spruce and Shine - Left at 7.30am, I was called at 3pm to advise car was ready, arrived at 6pm and car had not be cleaned at all - however was invoiced (refunded). Dash cam showed car not moved since 9am!

Not too happy with outcome of reported fault, thought service operator dismissive of reported handbrake fault. I had to point out that I had previously owned a 5 series with auto handbrake for two years and would not submit a fault if there wasn't on

Couldnt contact you in the morning as no one answered the phone. Was not kept up to date and kept the car overnight without informing me. No follow up.

I hadn't booked an appointment but the service staff were able to fit my car in and deal with the problem promptly and efficiently.My son and I were offered coffee whilst waiting and made to feel comfortable in the waiting area.
I think paying over £800 for a service on the smallest car in the range is just too expensive.

My local dealer, Chandlers of Worthing, was very helpful, but problems with another part of the organisation, Barons of Borehamwood, spoiled my overall experience.
On inspection we did find some scratches on the rear bumper. This was dealt with efficiently by a new bumper being ordered and fitted approx 6 days later. A vehicle service plan was given by way of service recovery which was a very much appreciated
