Problem solved, repair completed quickly car returned to me washed and hovered. What service.
Wanted to keep service up to date with BMW but expensive against an independent garage.
Always friendly, competent and professional.

Work was carried out in a timely fashion. Great Courtesy car. Tremendous customer service received from Andy Collins who kept us informed as to the status of the repairs.

I hadn't booked an appointment but the service staff were able to fit my car in and deal with the problem promptly and efficiently.My son and I were offered coffee whilst waiting and made to feel comfortable in the waiting area.

Told front pads only had 1,000 miles left and £199 to replace. Service indicator then showed 3,200 miles - on checking that was brake pads. Can get the pads/sensors changed for much less but BMW will charge £35 to reset svce indicator. Very unhappy.

Very quick and accommodating to help me with an urgent problem when the air suspension failed - cannot fault the level of service and customer care plus a great car wash at the end. Only disappointment was the cost but cost of the replacement parts.

It was necessary to do a recall which took 5 days as a part had to come from Germany. A hire car from Enterprise was offered but they required £10 per day insurance which would have incurred a charge of £50.

you seemingly did all I requested of you.I still have small doubts about the oil and brake fluid change because there seemed no bill for said work.?
Overall very good however the courtesy car was very unlike my car which was fine for a day. Also my car had been cleaned but large bits had been missed.
Everything was fine except all my radio and other controls appear to have been re-set and need to bee re-programmed and reset to my requirements

The car was picked up when they said it would , work was carried out to a veryhigh stated ,and return to me . no problem just good service.
I should have been forewarned and certainly before I called to ask, that the car would need to stay overninght- on 2 occasions within a week. I was surprised not to get it back. Otherwise the people I dealt with and the result was fist class

Graham and the team were very informative and really went the extra mile.
I asked for all three wiper blades to be replaced. And that's what they did, plus they washed and vacuumed the vehicle for me.
Poor communication on behalf of the garage in relation to the collection of the car.

Two matters resolved using insurance claims: a dent repaired recently and now a tyre replaced. No quibbles, no fuss, no pressure. How things should be always but now sadly rare. Quality product with quality aftercare and service!
I don't think it is down to BMW, but my husband stipulated twice that the rental car I required while my car was in for repair had to be manual drive, and they sent an automatic! He rang them but I was left with the automatic.
The recent service that was carried out was done quickly and efficiently and the most recent visit to have a rear seat belt replaced under warranty was also quickly and efficiently carried out.
I drove to Chandlers into a covered service bay then hopped out to the customer area where a dedicated service reception was expecting me, took me through the service and timing then gave me a coffee.

Two hour wait much longer than expected.I have a concern that the poor grip of the new set tyres after seven hundred miles, we are still getting wheel spin. The car was poorly cleaned the screen was only half done.
The car was recalled due to a long standing manufacture fault
It took only 90 minutes and waited with a nice cup of coffee and comfy chair. Staff all helpful and polite

I needed 4 new tyres, quoted approx £800, when I said I could get them cheaper elsewhere you dropped your price by £300!
I have always been advised what part of car requires servicing and once again here hasn't been any surprises and the car keeps purring along.
