Two matters resolved using insurance claims: a dent repaired recently and now a tyre replaced. No quibbles, no fuss, no pressure. How things should be always but now sadly rare. Quality product with quality aftercare and service!
The recent service that was carried out was done quickly and efficiently and the most recent visit to have a rear seat belt replaced under warranty was also quickly and efficiently carried out.
I don't think it is down to BMW, but my husband stipulated twice that the rental car I required while my car was in for repair had to be manual drive, and they sent an automatic! He rang them but I was left with the automatic.
It was perfect other than there was a storm overnight and the clean car was covered in fine Sahara sand

I drove to Chandlers into a covered service bay then hopped out to the customer area where a dedicated service reception was expecting me, took me through the service and timing then gave me a coffee.
The actual service was excellent (as were the team at Angmering), however since the service I had had an intermittent electrical fault - offside headlamp randomly works/doesn't work. There doesn't appear to be a pattern and I have tried replacing the

Two hour wait much longer than expected.I have a concern that the poor grip of the new set tyres after seven hundred miles, we are still getting wheel spin. The car was poorly cleaned the screen was only half done.
The car was recalled due to a long standing manufacture fault
It took only 90 minutes and waited with a nice cup of coffee and comfy chair. Staff all helpful and polite
I was kept well informed and up to date on progress sorting out the problem.
I needed 4 new tyres, quoted approx £800, when I said I could get them cheaper elsewhere you dropped your price by £300!
I have always been advised what part of car requires servicing and once again here hasn't been any surprises and the car keeps purring along.

Checked vehicle in for mot and service, given time vehicle would be ready and received phone call stating vehicle was ready earlier then predicted.
Good professional service. However, not 10/10 as still on the expensive side.

Customers are kept in the dark about what is happening with their cars it's like everything is behind closed doors If you ask to speak to a technician you are told no (or some excuse)

Very accommodating, fitting me in same day at the last minute. I waited whilst vehicle was serviced and utilised the fantastic quiet/work area to catch up with some emails whilst enjoying a coffee!

Received excellent customer service
Service was done on time and very quickly. Although I didn't get the impression that the car had been examined or looked over - just a simple oil and microfilter change ie bare minimum done.The quality of the car wash could have been better.
You diagnosed and corrected the problem with the heatshield, ansd collected and returned the car.
The service booking included an End-of-Warranty check. Vines Gatwick reminded me of this, mentioned their hospitality and a documented clean bill of health if no faults were found. All we got from Chandlers was a verbal OK but no explanation of scope
All carried out as expected. One downside was that I had to have a new rear wheel tyre as the existing tyre had a nail in it. The new tyre was £20 more than the identical one fitted one year earlier!

Completely dissatisied im sorry to say, for reasons given in the above statement. The bonnet of my car still is boiling hot to the touch when finishing a short / medium journey. This is a cause of unnecessary stress each time I drive the car.

Graham on service was brilliant my car had a problem with the brakes on a Saturday afternoon they looked at my car straight away and fixed it back on the road within an 11/2 hours

There were no problems of any note and the only minor issue with a missing spare part was resolved quickly
Good communication between the garage mechanics and customer. Helpful office staff when booking MOT. Additional bonus is the vale ting of car whenever it goes in to the garage.
My car was recalled & BMW wanted to charge me for a courtesy car, which I feel,is unacceptable. Whether in for a normal service or any other reason, I have never been asked to pay for a courtesy car from any other dealer. Something BMW should emulate

the roof now goes up and down as it should ,whereas before it was temperamental.

Five for service, 0 for the dealer principle. Train strike meant I couldn't collect. I called, spoke to Mini by mistake and Lauren in service immediately collected me. Fantastic service. I emailed the DP to let him know but got zero response.

The recall reason was checked out as arranged.
I actually made a mistake and forgot which day I had booked my car in, once I realised I went to the garage to apologise for not dropping my car off when I had arranged to and it was no problem at all for me to get the service done on the next day.

I have given this answer rather than completely satisfied because no one is perfect.
All jobs completed satisfactorily. Efforts made to trace intermittent fault sadly failed.
Job done as required. Only issue was the half hearted clean after. I realise it is complimentary, and previous ones have been good. Even my wife mentioned it was substandard inside rhe car

I was impressed right through until I picked my car up. I found the new building was not user friendly - more signage may be required although I know this isn't terribly attractive. Then my car hadn't been washed.
Brought in to find a noticed fault which was not found, plus having got car back for first time ever found Satnav frozen and unable to re boot it.
