Everyone worked very hard to sort the issues out with our car - it took longer than expected and we were give a courtesy car at no extra cost to us- the Team at chandlers go above and beyond.
The lady I dealt with was pleasant and polite, but I wouldn't expect anything less from BMW. She informed me what was wrong with the car and advised accordingly what I needed to do.
