When the work was completed it was done quickly which I have no problem with.
As above. But was assured that the appointment is given through a call centre who often don't realise the individual situations.

On the past couple of occasions that I've been into the servicing and parts section, some of the employees seem a little blunt or not really interested. On one occasion I had to ask if someone was working there due to the lack of service.
Everything fine, and they did extra work not booked in which was nice. However their product genius is a little prickly, and I got minimum advice on a problem I had, because I didn't buy the car there.
I am very satisfied with the dashboard repair under warranty and the speed of return of my car. Having had an oil service at the same time it's not clear to me why the next service is only 12 months away. The rattle in the drivers door remains.
They always take the time to ensure that you are kept up to date with progress.
They took a while to get me an appointment 4 weeks from when I wanted it, but after that it all went well. Spotted additional issues and resolved promptly. Thanks
BMW (Chandlers Worthing) still have to solve a few of their communication problems with internal departments.

Very good the only problem I have is that I could not understand the video report sent to my phone because the engineer was heavily accented
Unfortunately the computer system was down on the day of the service and I had to take the car back the following day for the car software to be updated to record the service.
As any new part fitted they said there is a warranty on the part which is on the car so if the car has 3mo the warrenty then that part has 3 months not a min of 12 mo this
good customer service but did take a long time to get an appointment 3 weeks + but was over xmas but still along time when my brakes needed doing + cost was quite high
After booking oil change service online was told by garage that I also had to pay for a manatory microfilter replacement. Tyre pressures were not corrected even though warning light had come on the night before.
Poor communication. Issues with performance exhaust and car software. Took the car in twice as a result of engine light coming on.

My car was collected, serviced & returned. The film of the inspection was novel, but informative, especially the damage to my front tyre requiring replacement.
Booking not recognised so 2 hours wait.Tyre pressures uneven on car when returned. Excessive charge for mere inspection.
The only problem was the length of wait for a service booking.
Firstly no hire car which was eventually sorted, then no brake pads available so the car will have to go back in again

Disappointed that the car was not returned to me as I had left it. Contents of the boot were thrown on the rear seat and upon starting the car car, the radio station had been changed and was at an extremely high volume.

Service carried out on time as arranged. Poor choice of reading material available while waiting during service, magazines have gone leaving just one or two newspapers.
It would have been "Completely" but it took over 2 hours instead of the suggested 90 minutes, which out me right in the middle of the rush hour.

I'm confident that the work carried out was to a good standard. It was good to have the car collected and delivered although notification by email was confusing as there was a standard communication telling me how to get to the workshop.

What a wonderful new facility they have, with friendly and helpful staff (especially the lady receptionist who is a gem), and a comfortable waiting area.

Everything was fine except the problem we have with the radio. A very unusual problem probably but we cannot get the Traffic News on Radio Sussex, and you were not able to solve the problem. We get Surrey Traffic News and other local stations.
