No courtesy car available when my car needed repair under BMW warranty
I have now had four BMWs over a period of years. I had previously found my service experience at Chandlers satisfactory. Staff engagement, resolving of problems as expected. Always nice to have the car returned clean. A plus.
The service was quick but it took two weeks to book the service.

Overall everything was fine. The interior was a little grubby on return of the vehicle. However, everything else was very satisfactory.

Have had to chase them to find out what was happening in respect of warranty work, still outstanding item to be completed nearly 2 weeks after car went in. Leather on drivers seat not right pictures taken and sent to BMW
Items not carried out and were only realised minutes before I came to collect vehicle. Customer service poor and made to feel like I was not important. Car is due in again for the 3rd time but no apology for not having fixed it yet
I dont believe the service given was very good at all. NOT happy with having to contact BMW several times whilst on holiday to find out what was happening with my car and also come home to a dirty car after it was put in for a full valet.
A nice surprise awaited the car was washed even for the MOT.

I asked that the windscreen be checked as a repair is present in done A and need to know if it would pass the MOT. No one looked at it or advised if it was OK. So I had to return to the dealership to have it inspected. Wasting time and money
It was carried out on time and the fault has completely been rectified to BMM?w standards

As per above. Car was also given a courtesy wash - seems that the contents of the hoover was just left on the back seats. Again, poor service from BMW!
Great service no hassle
All very efficient although Chandlers had difficulty in fitting me in before my holiday - yet did make room just in time. I understand that with so many recalls they were under pressure.
Pretty much the same comments already given. It was reassuring to know that Chandlers BMW Worthing were able to provide the replacement part and carry out the work immediately.
Could not find fault at all with the experience . All very well dealt with. I have confidence in dealing with the well versed stall at the garage.
My sales person was Stuart Adsett. Nothing was too much bother. He went through the whole process with complete professionalism. As for the delivery of our car, he went through every aspect of the car....perfect!
