Chose Chandlers for the excellent, reliable collection & return service. Driver Danny Burne is always polite, professional and helpful, a great ambassador for the company. Service staff extremely courteous, and car was returned beautifully cleaned.

Everything was fine except the problem we have with the radio. A very unusual problem probably but we cannot get the Traffic News on Radio Sussex, and you were not able to solve the problem. We get Surrey Traffic News and other local stations.
Graham was careful to listen to the background to the problem with my car and hopefully it has all been resolved

When I attempted to drop-off car 8:30 5/11/18 I was told they had no record of my booking. So after heated discussion with staff I went away rebooking for 8/11/18. The booking was made 2/11/18 cold call 9:43 from 01273879048. Group 1 Automotive ??!!

Work was carried out on time.
Vehicle was in for a service and dash camera fitting, and there was a long wait / delay at collection. Plus we did not get told about a damaged tyre that needed to be replaced until later that evening when we received a video of the vehicle service..
The service from Chandlers is always first class.
Missed examination of wiper mechanism when requested to do so. Led to return visit for replacement part. Wipers still juddering until replaced, meaning further visit, and then not in stock!! Therefore cannot be "completely satisfied"
Service was carried out to spec, however, having booked this service 2 months in advance, and having dropped the vehicle off at 7:30am, with a collection time of 5pm, I was only notified at 4:40pm that there was a delay and so had to wait till gone 6
Received a video health which was helpful. Allowed me to have a few other issues rectified at the same time. This, despite being abroad 24 hours after Chandlers receiving the car.
See answer above. In order for BMW to fix an issue you basically have to make a complaint.

Great new modern facilities, friendly and helpful staff and efficient booking process. Service videos detailing inspections and options to authorise additional work from the video portal also a great plus point.

Incredibly courteous and polite staff. I know it's expensive compared with independent but using BMW Chandlers gives me the confidence that my car is being 100% looked after properly. Washing and vacuuming the car is an extra treat.
I was surprised that I had to visit twice to complete service jobs and there is no paint available to cover small scratches.
I had specifically waited 3 weeks so that a courtesy car would be available. Upon arrival it was clear that this had not been accurately booked and there wasnt one available :(The team did pick me up & drop me off at home but this was disappointing

Service/MOT carried out as expected.One tyre had notably more wear than the other three but nothing was mentioned and no explanation could be offered when asked. Ironically it was pointed out that I ought to have a first aid kit.

Vehicle only in for mot , on completion phone call received stating car ready. On collection vehicle returned after valet in excellent condition.
After buying the car I had the drivers side heating running cooler than passenger side. I was told this was "new" BMW design making driver side cooler to ensure no drowsy feeling. Surely that is a choice a driver makes! 3 visits later it was resolved
preferred the old garage in Angmering; it seems to always take longer now and i hate the video health checks

The briefing on how to use the ace2.0 dash cam should include help to twin with the smartphone. I had to return to get this and the guys were vert helpful but they too were not very familiar with this new dash cam.

The offside front radiator grill cover was hanging off. The plastic lugs on the black fixing cover have snapped off. I phoned to report this and spoke to a receptionist who said she would get somebody tomphone me back but so far I have heard nothing

My bmw still had one service on the service plan ! All work completed on time , car clean and tidy, polite staff
Just a really minor point that spoiled the entire experience,the car was washed, thank you, but then the washer obviously got in to move it and left his really dirty black wet messy boot prints all over the beige light clean footwell, it looked awful

It's back to the booking of the service. Over 2 days and at varying times of day I was in a phone queue for more than 2 hours in total. It was impossible to speak to a human being, and the online booking form was unhelpful.

When the service was finished I was just left sitting no one came to advise me the car was waiting for me. The Customer service person Tim who dealt with me had left for the day and I had to ask two different people before they found the Engineer.

This was the second time that I had returned the car for remedial work. There does not appear to be any communication between any of the departments at the garage.

Booked it in on 31 May as service indicator was on (it wasn't specific). MOT was done but next day indicator said service missed. Had it checked and everything bar brake fluid needed doing, hence this visit. Expected that to have been checked in May.
Had a tyre problem, visited at 0830 and although they had no tyre in stock it was ordered and fitted the same day. Fitting time was excellent whilst enjoying a coffee and viewing the new cars in the showroom. Excellent customer service end to end
Garage failed to pick up the car at my workplace twice. ! first time because the part was not available, second time , I wasn't given an explanation Locking mechanism of the door was investigated. The technician did a lousy job to put the trim back
Eight day wait to the first available appointment to attend to an engine warning light. Warranty work failed after a few days and further work is pending.

Everything was smooth and communication was great.
Enquiries made when the salesman was absent were not followed up. We were told the Sales Manager would contact us, but there was no response.
