Fantastic Service throughout.

See above, the previous repair had been confirmed in a test drive with by a technician (Dave I think?) yet he was sickness absent on the date of the repair booking. On collection the fault had not been confirmed needing a further booking.
Telephone system not up to standard
When the service was finished I was just left sitting no one came to advise me the car was waiting for me. The Customer service person Tim who dealt with me had left for the day and I had to ask two different people before they found the Engineer.
They only do what is necessary, and explain what they have done

This was the second time that I had returned the car for remedial work. There does not appear to be any communication between any of the departments at the garage.

Booked it in on 31 May as service indicator was on (it wasn't specific). MOT was done but next day indicator said service missed. Had it checked and everything bar brake fluid needed doing, hence this visit. Expected that to have been checked in May.
Had a tyre problem, visited at 0830 and although they had no tyre in stock it was ordered and fitted the same day. Fitting time was excellent whilst enjoying a coffee and viewing the new cars in the showroom. Excellent customer service end to end
Garage failed to pick up the car at my workplace twice. ! first time because the part was not available, second time , I wasn't given an explanation Locking mechanism of the door was investigated. The technician did a lousy job to put the trim back
Eight day wait to the first available appointment to attend to an engine warning light. Warranty work failed after a few days and further work is pending.
Good overall experience
Work was done well and the car was beautifully clean when returned.
Every thing went to plan.
faults identified, but not fixed. some faults were unknown to them so thy say to continue driving and monitoring them.money paid for the car not to drive it with software faults.
I needed two new tyres urgently and the service dept were very accommodating and did this for me whilst I wIted.
Admin and arrangements are getting harder to fix up with Chandlers at every visit

I am a little disappointed with the experience following my last service. Car service was booked and I had asked for tyre to be checked due to tyre pressures dropping significantly. It was later found that nail in tyre was missed.
I was given was a sporty 1 series courtesy car which was very difficult to get into. I can imagine some of BMW customer would struggle even more than me. Very strange that BMW would use this type of car for some of their older customers?

Efficient and quick service but you insist on sending correspondence to my husband. It is me who owns the car and takes it to a BMW garage for MOT and service.

The service was quick but it took two weeks to book the service.
I have now had four BMWs over a period of years. I had previously found my service experience at Chandlers satisfactory. Staff engagement, resolving of problems as expected. Always nice to have the car returned clean. A plus.
No courtesy car available when my car needed repair under BMW warranty
Work carried out was complimentary as I only bought the vehicle 3 months ago but still received top notch service.
Nice showroom, polite professional staff
Overall everything was fine. The interior was a little grubby on return of the vehicle. However, everything else was very satisfactory.

Great communication & excellent collection and delivery of car
Have had to chase them to find out what was happening in respect of warranty work, still outstanding item to be completed nearly 2 weeks after car went in. Leather on drivers seat not right pictures taken and sent to BMW
I dont believe the service given was very good at all. NOT happy with having to contact BMW several times whilst on holiday to find out what was happening with my car and also come home to a dirty car after it was put in for a full valet.
Items not carried out and were only realised minutes before I came to collect vehicle. Customer service poor and made to feel like I was not important. Car is due in again for the 3rd time but no apology for not having fixed it yet
A nice surprise awaited the car was washed even for the MOT.

I asked that the windscreen be checked as a repair is present in done A and need to know if it would pass the MOT. No one looked at it or advised if it was OK. So I had to return to the dealership to have it inspected. Wasting time and money
It was carried out on time and the fault has completely been rectified to BMM?w standards

The experience was a good one, the show room is large and has a good range of vehicles. All the employees were polite and friendly and quick to welcome you to the showroom offer a drink and find the member of staff you were meeting.
Really helpful staff did everything they could to make me feel comfortable.

BMW Rustington is a sparkling new building and a pleasure to visit as are the staff who work there.

I guess the main feeling was of dealing with people who are prepared to listen and give you time to make decisions.

My sales person was Stuart Adsett. Nothing was too much bother. He went through the whole process with complete professionalism. As for the delivery of our car, he went through every aspect of the car....perfect!
