Could not find fault at all with the experience . All very well dealt with. I have confidence in dealing with the well versed stall at the garage.

It would have been 5 stars except the costs are on the high side.
Took car in at nine a.m. and they had to rush it through at the end of the day. I had to wait for 40 minutes whilst they completed the service and yet they had asked me to get the car in for nine a.m.
Car collected and returned promptly
Once again excellent service with the collection and delivery and work completed. However as I have said on every survey before the quality of the car clean is awful! If you are going to offer a service do it properly or not at all
It would of been nice to of know, what was carried out on the service
Mostly because I was allowed to work from a quiet area whilst my car was being serviced and the staff made sure I was looked after in terms of refreshments.
very disappointed that my concerns had not properly been addressed and that when I asked for confirmation of where to top up the coolant your member of staff didn't know where it went. Wiper blades not replaced when identified as worn and slapping.

I was satisfied at the time but a week later noticed front offside dust cap missing and wheel scuffed. It was already slightly scuffed in one place by me but now much more. Didn't report as too late but I believe it happened at time of this service.
They always treat you with professional manner and look after you as a valued customer- always polite and punctual, clean and comfortable waiting area with great coffee served by good people
car returned with settings changed and the steering is pulling to the left. Maybe a pot hole was hit, no mention of this problem when the car was returned, didn't have it prior to service. Rather annoyed at this, won't be going back to Chandlers.

I was impressed by the quality of my Service Advisor, Steven Ayres. He gave me more information than I had asked for and was courteous throughout. He gave me confidence that my car would be in safe hands. I look after my car very carefully

Apart from having to chase up what time car was being collected, and the fact that I have only just noticed that the cap from one of my tyres is missing, which I believe was left off by the mechanic as I asked my tyre pressure to be checked, all good

Everything that was needed to be done was.
Problem completely resolved although I wonder why the work was not carried out alongside the software update,
by mistake I arrived a week early for booked service, but they kindly fitted me in and did a service with good service in sorting out necessary changes to car. - i.e. new tyre.
It was my first visit as a new customer and wasn't sure where to take the car or who to see. The welcoming wasn't as pleasant as I expected, and upon collection it seemed a pain that the guy couldn't find the person who was dealing with my car
The work performed on my car was of the highest level.

The booking in is easy and I always get my car done on time.
The car was booked in for an oil service. I was not advised that an additional air filter service was required. The service record was not completed. The accidentrepair check was not carried out.At the time of booking I was offered a full valet.

I wasnt overly impressed that the video footage of the service wasnt sent to me, apparently you email this to customers but I never received it. I also wanted to see the damage with the tyre replaced but was told it had already been collected
Disappointed that the leaking seals on the differential were not included in the expensive parts insurance I have with you.Still unsure if the repair would have been done free under the one-year inspection I had done. I just missed the deadline

It's a pity that when the inside of the car was valeted they managed to pull out the large Velcro plugs that go into the floor to secure the front mats. These seem impossible to get back.
you leave your car in reception area and pick it up in reception area cleaned and ready to go (you also have the complimentary option of having your car picked up from home and delivered back to you when read if desired)

Vehicle was damaged. Citnow video sent after car was returned. Oil leak identified was not rectified even when I phoned to ask why it had not been done.Tyres needed changing - but this was not offered. Difficult to buy from. Poor communication.
As service time went beyond the 45 minutes, I would have expected to have been given an update and revised time given.Also, I asked about my service book being stamped. It appears that this is no longer the practice but I should have been told.
