They did the service without problems but couldn't find three other issues relating to software faults. Two of the three faults have reoccured since leaving the garage.
Did what they said they would do and offered to come and collect the car without prompting.

Because I had been in hospital for over six weeks and CHANDLERS gave my son their full support to provide him with estimates for repairs and carrying an MOT at tje appropiate time. Even collecting the car and returning to my home
The booking system did not work and I lost the opportunity for the online service discount. The car had to be returned immediately because fault was not fixed. The service however is always good

The service indicator for the brake fluid change was not re-set after the service so we will need to visit the dealership again to have this re-set correctly.
My vehicle was in for an MOT and EGR recall. There was no note on the paperwork to say the EGR had been checked/replaced. I was told by the service manager that it had been, but the lack of documentation could raise problems when I come to resell.

Satisfied that the fault was diagnosed and corrected, very dissatisfied with acquiring a faulty car, told no curtesy car two or three times, told there was one when arrived, to late as arranged another driver for a lift home, no car for 3 days, bad.
My car was at garage for 9.30am. I decided to return to garage at approx 4.30/5pm... and it still wasnt ready. The vehicle was only there for an MOT. 7 hours.... really....? No courtesy car either....really?

I spent a couple of minutes in the service area before I was attended to. However, apart from that, I was very happy with the help I was given.
The data provided after a service is not helpful as it doesn't include all the work or checks that supposedly have been done.
Very helpfull nothing too much trouble
I appreciate estimates are only that but for the actual price to be 50% + more, and the fact that the work could not be completed on the day is really unsatisfactory.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the fact that the garage failed to update the in car service record and were not particularly helpful about rectifying it.

Everything was excellent
The purchase was completed quickly and on the deadline we had agreed. The handover was very thorough and sales executive Dragos Codreanu set-up the driver's key and my i-phone and said I could contact him anytime with any questions in the future.
