The car was serviced as requested but as I have purchased two new cars from Chandlers, Worthing, and have been a customer for over 20 years, I was not made to feel special in any way or treated with any additional courtesy or rewarded for my loyalty
All the memory settings unseats, radio etc etc had been removed

Efficient 'while you wait' service with first class waiting environment
Fixed main issue professionaly and identified other issues to look into.

Im a bit OCD with my car. Over the years ive become cynical and I never like handing my car over to garages because Ive had "issues". After this experience I actually look forward to chandlers having my car and working on it they are so diligent.

My recent visit was for an end of warranty check, I like the video I received but as for what was actually checked I don't know. I liked how easy it was to book the service online.

Locking wheelnut adaptor left on wheel. Fortunately it fell off as I turned into my drive so was able to retrieve it when I noticed it the next day. Poor from any garage let alone BMW

Booking in for a service is now via a dreaded call centre. The day after the service was undertaken, a warning light of the dashboard advised that my breakpads were lower. Ten days after the service I get a message saying the AdBlue needed refilling.
My vehicle failed its first MOT late on the day of inspection due to a small bubble on the wall of the tyre (pothole damage). The dealer did not have a real cement tyre in stock, and had not noticed that there were 4 tyres on a replacement wheel set.
I got no feed back or call back after registering poor service in the last survey so i wont complete another

Servicing - generally good, although supply of replacement car while own being serviced not good! Sales - have only ever bought 1 car from Chandlers! Have always had better price and service from other dealers such as Sytner.

After trying to get an fuel valve fault fixed for just over a year with Coopers. I tried BMW Chandlers. I got a call letting me know what it was and that the new part would arrive and fit next day. Picked up a very clean car, running beautifully.

Everyone is always helpful and courteous and go out of their way to resolve issues.
We brought the car back to the dealership and the excuse given was they process 50 - 60 cars a day and only had three cleaners. We were told the bird droppings had probably got on the car between the time we picked it up and driven home. Continue 3.
The Service was dealt with promptly car cleaned and ready on time
After a major service, the 'ad blue' warning came on within two days. The car had not been hoovered inside either, which has always been a pleasant extra before. I would have expected a better service overall.

When we first arrived no one could find any one from the service department. The person in front of us had been waiting a while. By the time some one was found there were 3 people queuing ..... even though we were the only customers in the show room
Quick and efficient
Staff were polite but there was a sense of being talked down to/dismissed by service desk staff. I can only assume why this may have been. A named member of staff was provided however as names were not on view this made it difficult to approach them.
Again, I've asked for something to be looked at while my car was having its service, and again this wasn't done...(but was told the problem had been fixed) so had to rebook car in again for the problem to be looked at....

Lawrence Herbert was a pleasure to deal with. Very courteous, went out of his way to accomodate my early start, great communication keeping me well informed. The bill was huge so he did his best to soften the blow
The booking in could have been easer ,the chap had some problems with the computer,perhaps he was new.
Quite a number of service activities completed at one go. May have been chance or wrongly set service light at last service. Expensive service
Service completed in a timely manner but car returned with scratch, SWright@chandlers-bmw.co.uk handling the query, not yet resolved.
I booked my car in with the service manager. I needed a courtesy car, therefore had to wait a couple of weeks for a slot which was fine It was disappointing therefore, that on arriving on my allocated day, no car had been reserved for me.

Did what I asked without quibbling. This has nothing to do with chandlers. But I bought the car 6 months ago approved used and I think the dealer I bought it from could have carried out this £560 service. It has left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth
We were without the car for 2 weeks as a part required to complete the service could not be readily obtained. Unacceptable in the 21st century. This is no reflection on the service staff as they were as frustrated as we were with the delay.
Good staff. We are loyal customers. Danny lives at Pagham, picks our car up on his way into work, has worked very well. He now has to go into work, then go and pick up cars, at a cost to the customer of £15. NOT ON, VERY DISSATISFIED.
After the service was done my car was returned to me without the car being washed and cleaned. Never before has this happened.
Work done free by BMW and car valeted too.
The team upon arrival had a system failure .. they didn't know I was coming in to pick up my car !

I have now purchased 3 new BMW vehicles from Chandlers and have been a customer for 10 years and have always been looked after and am very satisfied with them.
Great selection of cars were available to view, showroom was exceptionally neat, tidy and looked very professional. My salesman (Warren) listened to my requirements, then set about finding me exactly the vehicle ( model, trim, colour ) we wanted.
I am a big fan of BMW's and I like performance cars, I regularly visit the showroom to look at my possible next car and am welcomed by a very friendly team of representatives. I exchange my cars every 2-3 years with low mileage to secure a good deal.
Chandlers very easy to deal with - very nice atmosphere and very pleasant poeple
