Unfortunately my car insurance had expired. I always knew I would have to get temporary insurance. The delivery was delayed twice. One of these times was due to the delivery vehicle breaking down.

As part of the trade in of my old vehicle, the Worthing branch were due to return of almost £13k back to me which was promised within the week but we had to chase everyday for almost 2 weeks and kept being told it will be tomorrow then nothing

Wrong diagnosis charged £250 for Couldn't advise on a timescale for part and this made me look elsewhere and saved me £2500 Safety check advised 1 red priority tyre required due to leak and metal in it. Was a piece of plastic in tread and no leak???

Staff friendly and helpful, particularly Ryan who was the technician who worked on my car - he came out on a road test with me to identify a couple of faults, was very knowledgeable, diagnosed the faults and fixed them perfectly.

Had probs with two BMW and nothing was sorted out, felt like it was just left out back and nothing done. Seems like master tech don't like getting hands dirty. I will be moving over to a different car next time I buy.

The physical experience was good, but the number of text, calls, emails in the run up to and post interaction can become rather annoying. In 5 days i received 3 text messages and 5 emails...

They booked me in fast, they worked at a very good pace on the car and so far my BMW is a joy to drive. It s not a full 5 stars as the car was not washed when handed to me and they did charged me for the investigation and for some of the work.

The service too about 2 hours, which is good as we were able to wait if necessary. I love that the car is always beautifully cleaned inside and outside. I also like the video of the underneath of the car as it puts my mind at rest that all is ok.

They had my my car for day. Found it had a very very small puncture hole .corrected the problem,cleaned my car inside and out.l collected it within8 hrs of dropping it off. No problems since-fingers crossed!!

The issues were part availability knowing it was in for a recall and the fact that the curtesy car was not to the standard of the car I drive. I was not offered in anyway any reductions on the service my car was my car was also in for due to the issu

They dont care about the customers or the quality of the service they provide. It is clearly just a wage for them and they have zero job satisfaction. This has tainted my view on buying a future BMW.

The car cleaning wasn't up to scratch, grateful this was re-tackled. Had a challenge with wiper fluid and tyre pressure but this was in fact down to the frosty temperatures. Team kindly checked, so all good.

Jamie was very professional 10/10. BMW should not apply wax to the car windscreen - it makes driving in the rain on a dark night very difficult, even dangerous. You should know this.
